  2. This Policy specifies LA-PRO’s obligation to protect your Data. By voluntarily providing us with Data, you [i.e., User, Customer, or Website Visitor as the case may be] expressly represent that you are either the owner of such Data, or otherwise have the requisite consent to provide the same to us and that you are not a Minor.
  3. This Policy describes the Data we collect. It also enumerates the reasons why we collect that Data, with whom we may possibly share it with and the measures we take to protect your Data. It also apprises you about your various rights and the options regarding your Data and how you can contact us if you so desire.

    Lanverde LLP [“LLP”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”] bearing [LLPIN ACE-1680], a limited liability partnership firm
    registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

    identifiable, natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly,
    by reference to an indicator such as a name, e-mail address, an identification number, location data, an
    online indicator, or to one or more factors unique or specific to him/her.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

    required or permitted under applicable law.
  2. If you choose to delete your account, your account will be deactivated immediately. Data may be
    securely retained for a period of up to 90 days solely for legal, regulatory, security, audit, fraud
    prevention, or compliance purposes. Upon expiry of this period, such retained data will be
    permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with applicable law and our internal
    data retention practices.

    Conditions of the Website. To make a request to have Data stored/held by us returned to you, or removed;
    kindly email info@lookaheadnow.com. Requests to access,
    change, or remove your Data will be handled within 90 (ninety) business days.
  5. An individual who seeks access to, or who seeks to correct or, amend inaccuracies in, or delete Data stored
    or processed by us should direct his/her query to the internal Data Protection Officer
    [“DP ”] appointed by LA-PRO. Upon receipt of your request to remove the Data, we
    will respond to their request within 90 (ninety) business days.
  6. You should also take steps to protect against unauthorised access to your login ID’s, password, phone, and
    computer, among other things, logging off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that
    nobody else knows, or can easily guess and keeping your log-in and password confidential. We are not
    responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords, or for any activity on your account, via
    unauthorised password activity.
  7. If you are a Customer, or otherwise provide us with Data in connection with your use of our Website, we will
    delete this Data upon your written request, provided that, notwithstanding such request, this Data may be
    retained for as long as you maintain an account, or as needed to provide you with access/ use of our
    Website, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
