THE AGREEMENT: These Terms and Conditions [“Terms”] are an electronic record in terms
of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and the amended provisions
pertaining to electronic records in various Indian statutes.

These Terms govern your [“Your” or “You” means the account holder/user/purchaser/recipient/gift recipient/gift purchaser/employer/recruiter] relationship with LA-PRO [“Website”] owned and operated by Lanverde LLP [“LLP”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”] bearing [LLPIN ACE-1680], a limited liability partnership firm registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

These Terms serve as a legally binding agreement between You and Us for the use of the Website
and associated Services. By accessing or using the Website and purchasing a subscription, You agree
to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or
Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY: By accepting the Terms, You represent that You:
   1. Are at least eighteen [18] years of age;
   2. Have not been previously suspended or removed by Us;
   3. Have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement;
   4. Will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent any information.

   We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate Your access in case of any violation of these Terms.

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT:To access key features, you may be required to register for an
   account.
   You agree to:
   1. Provide accurate and current Registration Data;
   2. Maintain confidentiality of Your password;
   3. Accept responsibility for activity under Your account;
   4. Avoid using unauthorized third-party clients.
3. Suspension, Termination, and Account DeletionWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, with
   or
   without notice, where required by law or where we reasonably believe that you have violated these
   Terms, applicable laws, or engaged in conduct that may harm the Platform, other users, or our
   legitimate interests.
   1. Account Deletion by YouYou may choose to delete your account at any time through the account settings made
      available on the Platform. Upon confirmation of account deletion:
      1. Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will lose access to all
         features,
         content, services, and benefits associated with your account.
      2. Effect on Subscriptions and Paid Services
         If you have an active subscription or have made any payments for services that are
         active, ongoing, or yet to be delivered, all access to such services will
         terminate
         immediately upon account deletion.
      3. No refunds, credits, reversals, or prorated amounts will be issued for any
         unused,
         remaining, or partially used subscription periods or services, except where
         expressly
         required by applicable law.
      4. Data Retention
         Any personal data retained following account deletion will be handled in accordance
         with our Privacy Policy, including limited retention for statutory, regulatory,
         audit, or
         security purposes.
   2. Effect of Termination or Account DeletionEffect of Termination

      Upon suspension, termination, or deletion of your account for any reason, LA-PRO shall have
      no further obligation to provide access to the Platform, services, content, or features.
      To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LA-PRO shall not be liable for any loss,
      damages, claims, or consequences arising from or related to such suspension, termination, or
      account deletion.

      For the avoidance of doubt, termination or deletion of an account results in the immediate
      cessation of access to all services, features, and benefits, and does not preserve or create any
      continuing right to access or use paid or unpaid services.

      Termination or deletion of your account shall not affect any payment obligations incurred by
      you before account deletion.

4. ABOUT THE SITE : The LA-PRO Website is a digital subscription platform offering
   career development tools such as:
   1. Self-paced micro-courses
   2. AI-powered chatbot
   3. Curated jobs related information
   4. Blogs, podcasts, and career learning content

   We do not guarantee employment outcomes or results. LA-PRO is not a job placement agency.

5. SPONSORED CONTENTThe LA-PRO Website may feature branded content, paid features, and sponsored articles submitted
   or commissioned by third-party partners. These may include but are not limited to:
   1. Training programs
   2. Coaching services
   3. Assessment tools
   4. Career-related events or organizations
   5. Employer promotions and job campaigns
   6. Articles and features

      Such content is for informational and promotional purposes only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for:

      1. The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any sponsored content
      2. Any services, outcomes, or claims made by third-party providers featured in Career Plaza
      3. The security or practices of any third-party links or websites featured therein

   Users are solely responsible for verifying all such services, offers, and claims independently
   before taking any action.

   In cases where we receive compensation for featuring content, it will be clearly marked as
   “sponsored”, “paid promotion”, or similar.

   LA-PRO is not liable for any dispute, dissatisfaction, or harm resulting from engagement with any
   third-party entity featured in Career Plaza or other sections of the Website.

6. DISCLAIMER: CHATBOT GUIDANCEThe AI chatbot is an automated, third-party tool offering general information and career
   suggestions aggregated from our internal resources. It is not a licensed advisor, and We do not
   guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of its responses. You are solely responsible for
   verifying all its output and use your own judgment and external resources before acting on any
   information provided by the chatbot.
7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND JOB LISTINGS:LA-PRO may display or host job listings and related content provided by third parties, including
   Employers, Recruiters, recruitment consultants, job aggregators, or their respective
   representatives (“Third-Party Providers”). Such listings may include links to external websites or
   platforms, as well as contact details such as email addresses, telephone numbers, messaging
   handles, or other means of direct communication.

   By clicking on any external links, submitting your personal and confidential information, or
   communicating with Third-Party Providers through email, telephone, messaging services, or any
   other off-platform method, you acknowledge and agree that you are leaving the LA-PRO
   platform and that any such interaction is conducted solely at your own discretion and risk. All
   such interactions shall be governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of
   the relevant Third-Party Provider.

   LA-PRO does not control, verify, or endorse any Third-Party Providers, their job listings,
   communications, representations, or conduct. LA-PRO makes no warranties or representations,
   express or implied, regarding the accuracy, legality, suitability, availability, or outcomes of any
   job listings, communications, or engagements involving Third-Party Providers, whether occurring
   on or outside the LA-PRO platform.

   LA-PRO shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, misuse of information, dispute, claim,
   damage, or adverse outcome arising out of or in connection with your engagement,
   communication, or relationship with any Third-Party Provider, including but not limited to any
   hiring decision, employment relationship, confidential information shared or off-platform
   interaction.

8. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIRING DECISIONS OR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPSLA-PRO does not participate in, control, or influence any hiring decisions, recruitment processes,
   interviews, selection outcomes, job offers, compensation decisions, or employment
   relationships between Users and Employers/Recruiters and/or their principals.

   Any engagement, communication, interview, offer, rejection, onboarding, employment
   relationship, or dispute between you (and/or your representatives) and any Employer/Recruiter
   (and/or their representatives/principals) is solely between you and such Employer/Recruiter
   and/or their principals.

   LA-PRO shall have no responsibility or liability for any hiring decisions, employment outcomes,
   disputes, claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising between you and any Employer/Recruiter
   and/or their principals.

   , whether occurring before or after suspension, termination, or deletion of your account and/or
   the Employer/Recruiter’s account.

9. NO REFUNDS POLICY:All subscription payments and gift payments are final. Since full value and access to content
   and services is delivered immediately upon purchase, including downloadable material, LA-PRO
   does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Gift payments cannot be refunded if recipients choose to not use the gift or do not activate their gift memberships. All memberships, including but not limited to Gift memberships and regular memberships, are non-transferable. Users /Purchasers are encouraged to use the preview option before purchasing. This policy aligns with global digital content standards.
10. PAYMENT & FEESSubscription fees, including any discounts, vouchers or other promotional
    offers, will be disclosed prior to purchase. Payment confirms your access to services for a
    defined period (e.g., annual plan). No refunds will be provided for cancellations. We reserve the
    right to refuse service at our discretion. We reserve the right to offer or withdraw any
    promotional offers and discounts at our discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to
    change the price of the subscription or any other paid services on the Website at our discretion
    without prior notice.

    Access to LA-PRO may be obtained through direct purchase or via a gifted membership. Gifted memberships are subject to the same Terms of Service and usage conditions as regular memberships, unless otherwise specified.

    In the case of gifted access, the membership is issued to the Recipient whose email details provided at the time of purchase by the Purchaser. The membership is non-transferable once activated. LA-PRO is not responsible for errors in Recipient information provided by the Purchaser.

    LA-PRO is not responsible for erroneous details provided of Recipient at time of purchase of the gifted membership, non-redemption or delayed activation of gifted memberships by Purchaser or Recipient. Any validity, activation timelines, or usage conditions applicable to regular LA-PRO memberships shall also apply to gifted access unless otherwise specified.

    All purchases are final and non-refundable, (whether or not the Recipient activates the membership) , as access to digital resources is provided immediately upon activation.

11. LICENSE TO USE WEBSITESubject to compliance with these Terms, we grant You a limited, non-
    exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Website and Services for personal use.
    Unauthorized use terminates this license.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll content, branding, design elements, and functionality of LA-PRO
    are owned or licensed by Us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any
    part of the Website without written permission.
13. USER CONTENTYou grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display
    any content you upload to the Website for the purpose of providing and marketing Services. You
    retain ownership of your content.
14. ACCEPTABLE USE
    You agree not to use the Website to:
    1. Violate laws or intellectual property
    2. Transmit harmful or illegal content
    3. Engage in fraud or abuse
    4. Collect data or interfere with others’ use

    We may terminate your access for violations without prior notice

    have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
18. MODIFICATIONSWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without
    notice. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
